KITE AT THE RED HART

When we opened The Groundworks we set out to create the kind of cafè that we would want to go to; with great interiors, excellent coffee and unique homemade food. With Kite at The Red Hart we want to replicate that experience in the pub space.

We spent a year carefully refurbishing the Red Hart, a coaching inn dating back to 1492, to give the property the love and care such an old building deserves. As well as constructing a new modern kitchen (the centrepiece of which is our Fogarty charcoal oven), we also overhauled every aspect of the interiors and completely renovated the huge courtyard area, transforming it into the perfect beer garden for warmer weather.
